The Nike Hypervenom boot line was first introduced in 2013 as a predecessor to the popular and classic Nike Total 90 range. Upon release of the Nike Hypervenom Phantom 1 boots, Neymar Jr first showcased this pair in the now highly sought-after orange & black colourway. Down the years after the Hypervenom Phantom 1 pairs got discontinued, Nike proceeded to release the Hypervenom Phantom 2 boots from 2015 - 2016 then finally the Nike Hypervenom Phantom 3 boots from 2016 - 2018. After this 5 year period, Nike then introduced the highly popular Nike Phantom Venom (VNM) range.
